Phew. My legs are tired. Walked Skyline with the doggies again today. We went early since I had plans to go to breakfast with a friend at 8:00 am.
The photos don't always capture how pretty the sunrise is.
So proud of the doggies. They heard deer rustling very near to us before I heard or saw any deer. They were off the leash. When I saw the deer, the dogs started running but I said "Sandy! Brutus! HEEL!" I also said "Bye bye!" (as in good bye... I am leaving you). Those dogs spun around and ran directly to me and leashed up. Good listening. Good doggies. We had treats when we got home.
There were five or six does. I loved seeing these two in silhouette against the rising sun.
