Cooking With Zach: Part II


Zach asked his dad if he could show him how to grill. Zach thinks he'll have access to a grill when he is living off campus next year. We have a Weber grill which requires those charcoal bit things and lighter fluid. I don't do much grilling so I'll just share the results. Oh, the seasoning on the chicken is McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning. 


The guys grilled chicken breasts and chicken tenderloins. We prefer the latter since they are quicker and easier to cook but they are more expensive. 


I am learning Zach's plate ends up looking like this most meals. Honey mustard is a common denominator. I love that he's eating spinach.
