New Kitchen Sink

I think with school back in session and the fact that I've been busy knitting a sweater for myself, I am not finding as much time for blogging and recipe creating.  I wanted to at least post some photos of my new sink!  We've been in our home for 18 years and, over the past year or so, we've been replacing lots of worn out things.  It seems we've replaced... everything BUT the kitchen sink. Well, we've also not replaced anything in the bathrooms for the most part and we've not replaced the refrigerator... but it seems as if we've replaced everything BUT the kitchen sink. That is... until now...


Doesn't look too shabby in this photo... but trust me, it was in dire need of replacement... chipped and stained.  I was a bit over zealous with the abrasive cleaners when we first moved into our home.  I've learned my lesson.




Tahhh-Dahhh!  You can see the new sink matches the newer black appliances so nicely!

 

You can see the lonely almond-colored refrigerator in the background. The refrigerator needs to be replaced with a shiny black refrigerator... hmmmm, how long are refrigerators supposed to last anyhow?
