Good-bye old faithful...

This morning my husband moved the refrigerator out of it's niche so I could clean underneath... in anticipation of a new refrigerator being delivered TODAY!  Is it a little goofy to be sentimental about our old refrigerator being carted away?  We bought this fridge in mid-1992 when we first moved into our home and it's been humming away faithfully ever since.  In the past few years, we have replaced all of the almond-colored fixtures/appliances in our kitchen except for this refrigerator.  Today, we'll have a shiny new black refrigerator.  In an effort to clean a few things out of the refrigerator this morning, I made up these pancakes.  I did use a lot of things from the fridge and freezer (blueberries), but now I have a stack of pancakes to go back in the fridge since I only ate 3 or 4 of them. I did not think that through very well.  This recipe from Bob's Red Mill is a great pancake recipe by the way.
