Blender Mania! Smoothie #6

Oh, you get the idea... it's sideways... sorry about that!
Blueberry, Strawberry, and Banana Fruit
1 banana, broken into a few chunks
3/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
4 - 5 frozen or fresh strawberries
1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 tablespoon (less if desired) honey
10 whole raw almonds (optional)

Blend all in a blender, pour in a glass, enjoy!  I drank this as I drove to work today.  Yum!  The blueberries seemed so sweet, I could have added less honey. 

I am using a new brand of yogurt this week called "Mountain High"; it's made here in Colorado. I prefer it over the Dannon brand yogurt I had last week.  "Mountain High" spells yogurt "YOGHURT."  Funny, huh?  I also had some yoghurt on my burrito last night and it was very good.  Spicy black beans, cilantro-lime basmati rice, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, red onion, and yoghurt (and a sqeeze of fresh lime juice) all in a big tortilla.  Good stuff. Hey, I should post that recipe.  Ahh, another day!
