How did I not know this existed?

How did I not know this existed?  Being the Pumpkin Spice person that I am... how did I miss this?

Perhaps because it's seasonal?
Perhaps because I don't go down the Jello-O and Pudding Aisle very often?

I had to give it a try and it's pretty tasty. It's rich and sweet and especially good with a little Lite Cool Whip.  I was wishing I had some graham crackers... or better yet... some cinnamon graham crackers... to crumble up and sprinkle on top.  A fun and super easy treat!
